2 cups of Quick Cooking Oats1 1/2 t baking powder1/2 t salt1/8 cup of splenda for baking1 T of ground cinnamon3 egg whites1 cup of skim milk1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce1 t vanilla extractabout a 1/4 cup of milk chocolate chipssprinkle of ground cloves
Preheat the oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and bake in an 8x8 pan for 35-40 minutes.

Yum! I don't like Oatmeal, but loved this. My hubby really liked it and had 2 servings with milk. I used 1/4 c suger instead of Splenda and cut it into 8 servings, instead of 16. This changed the cals - 150.8 each, Fat 3.2 g, Carbs - 25.6, Fibre 2.5 , Protein 5.7 - use Pam to spray the dish! - 8/25/07
