BFC Ultimate Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 1/4 lb.ground turkey2 cloves garlic, chopped1 1/2 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce1/2 green onion, chopped4 slices Monterey Jack Cheese4 Ezekiel buns4 green-leaf lettuce leaves4 thin slices tomato4 tbsp. mayo2 tbsp. natures hallow ketchup4 tbsp. spicy mustard
Directions
1. Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Combine the first ingredients and make 4 patties. When the grill is ready cook for 5 minutes on eat side. Top each patty with cheese , cook for 1 more minute or until cheese melts.

2. Build the burger to your liking and enjoy!
