Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1/2 lb ground turkey2 eggs (or egg substitute equivalent)1 1/2 cups bread crumbs1/4 cup finely chopped onion3/4 cup milksalt and pepper to tasteSauce:2 8-oz can tomato sauce2 8-oz can water1/3 cup brown sugar3 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Italian Seasoning2/3 cup Splenda1/2-1 tsp chili powder or paprika1 cup ketchup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the first 6 ingredients and form into large meatballs (about 12). Place in a 9x13 baking pan.

Combine the sauce ingredients in a large pot. Heat over medium heat on the stove until well combined and heated through.

Pour sauce over meatballs, coat well.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 12 large meatballs.
