Picillo Curry Chicken and Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 lb skinless boneless chicken breast cut into strips5 cups chopped onions2 cups sliced mushrooms1 can Thai Kitchen coconut milk1 packet S&B Golden Curry Sauce4 serving Mahatma Jasmine Rice1/2 cup Swanson's Reduced Sodium Fat Free Chicken Broth
Directions
Prepare 4 servings Jasmine rice according to package directions.

Heat electric skillet to 350.

Place oilive oil in skillet, add cut chicken breast and cook chicken with onions and mushrooms. Let cook for 10 min and add chicken broth. Let cook for another 10 min and add coconut milk and curry powder.

Let cook for another 10 minutes stirring occasionally while thickeing to your likness.

When thickened to your lickness, serve over your rice.

Makes 12 1 cup servings.
