Apple-Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. rolled oats7 oz Fage Total 2% Greek Yogurt1 egg, lightly beaten3/4 c brown sugar1/4 c unsweetened applesauce2 tsp orange zest1 1/4 unbleached white flour1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup craisins1.5 TBSP sugar1 medium granny smith apple, cored, peeled and chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix oats, yogurt, egg, brown sugar, apple sauce and orange zest.
3. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into oat mixture.
5. Toss Craisins and chopped apple with 1 TBSP sugar.
6. Spoon in to muffin tins lined with paper baking cups.
7. Bake 20-25 min.
