Ingredients
Cilantro, raw, 30 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Urad Dal 100 Grams, 0.2 cup Salt, 1 tsp*Pepper, ancho, dried, 3 pepper Tamarinds, 1 fruit (3" x 1")
Directions
HEat some oil in a pan, add the dal and dry chillie, fry a little.
Blend the cilantro with the fried items, salt and tamarind.
chutney is now ready.
