Pumpkin cake

Ingredients
1c cooked mashed pumpkin (boiled and mashed)60g butter1c sugar1c milk2.5c sugar2ts baking powder1tb cornflour1/2ts cinnamonpinch saltrind of one orange1c sultanas or raisins
Directions
Cream rind and sugar, then add cooled pumpkin, sugar and milk slowly, blend. Sift dry ingredients and add with sultanas. Bake in a moderate oven till firm and golden, in a lined tin. Can ice with orange icing, but this is not included in the calorie count.
