Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Flour1/2 Cocoa2 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Salt3/4 cup Butter2 cups Sugar3 Eggs2 tsp. Vanilla extract2 tsp. Orange Peel2 cups Coarsely Shredded Zucchini1/2 cup Skim Milk
Directions
Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon, and set aside.

WIth mixer, beat butter and sugar until well blended.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well.

Stir in the vanilla, orange peel, and zucchini.

Alternately stir in the dry ingredients you set aside and the milk into the mixture.

Pour into a greased and floured 10" tube or bundt pan. Bake in 350 degree overn for about one hour. Cool pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto plate.
