Vegetarian Meatballs

Ingredients
Beans, pinto, 1.5 cupMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup pieces Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .3 tbspFlax Seed, 2 tbspEgg, fresh, 1 large Italian Seasoning 1 tbspgarlic 2 cloves
Directions
Mash Beans. Mix together all ingredients until a nice paste forms. Using your hands, form into 18 meatballs. Spray a cookie sheet with PAM. Place meatballs on sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, until browned. Enjoy!
