Pure Pumpkin, Libby's, 1 cup Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, 8 oz.Powdered Sugar, 1 cupBreakstone Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 1/2 cupPumpkin Pie spice, 1.25 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
Bring Cream Cheese to room temp. Combine Cream Cheese with 1 cup powdered sugar. Add remaining ingredients & mix until thoroughly blended with a mixer.
Put in a storage container & chill at least 4-6 hours before serving.
Serving size = 2 tablespoons. This makes 24 servings, or 3 cups.
