Ingredients
1- Thomas Light Multi Grain English Muffin1 SLice- Kraft Fat Free chesse1/4 cup Egg beaterKetchup to taste (1tbsp)
Directions
Take one english muffin and brown in the toaster.
Put egg beater in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
When muffin is toaster, add a slice of fat free cheese then the egg mix.
Add ketchup for taste.
