Chocolate zucchini bread

Ingredients
1/2 c butter, softened1/2 c. applesauce1 3/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. egg substitue1 tsp. vanilla1 c. all purpose flour1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour4 TBSP cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 c. sour milk (milk with a dash of vinegar)2 c. shredded zucchini1 c. chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter, applesauce, sugar and salt. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat.

Mix dry ingredients separately (flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder).

Add all but about 1 c of dry mix to wet. Add half of milk. Beat. Add remaining dry mix and milk. Beat.

Mix in shredded zucchini by hand. Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

Pour into 2 well greased bread pans. I would imagine you could save more calories and fat if you had silicone bread pans!

Bake at 350 degrees for 60 - 75 minutes.

Makes 2 loaves, about 12 slices in each loaf.
