Red White and Blue Smoothie (Dairy Free)

Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced in thirds (red)1/2 large banana, sliced (white)1/4 cup fresh blueberries (blue)4 tbsp. (or 1 scoop = 15 g) GNC Soy Protein, unflavored/unsweetened OR 4 tbsp. (or 1/2 large scoop = 29g) powdered protein (soy or whey) 1/4 cup soy milk
Directions
In a blender, add all in ingredients and blend until the ingredients are mixed and turn a purple hue. If it’s too thick, add additional soy milk until desired thickness is reached.

**Recipe makes one mug approx. 16 oz.
