Ingredients
Spike very low sodium 1/2 teasponn1/2 cup brown rice1/2 cup soaked black eye peas2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions
I soaked the beans for 1 hour after bringing them to boil for 1 minute, drained and added other ingredients, brought back to boil and simmered for 45 minutes, added chicken breast and cooked Kale for a one dish meal with salad
