Ingredients
3/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup orange juice1 tsp sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup frozen mixed berries1 tbs flax seed oil (optional)
Directions
To a blender, add milk, orange juice, sugar, vanilla and frozen berries last. Blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
