Crustless pumpkin pie

2 eggs1 can pumpkin 3.5 cups1 12 ounce can fat free skim milk2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp salt1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a small bowl add splenda, brown sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice, set aside. In a mixing bowl beat eggs until combined, add sugar mixture, beat 2 minutes. Add can of pumpkin and combine. Slowly mix in evaporated milk.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, turn down heat and continue to bake 30 minutes more until pie is set and a fork inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Makes 8 servings.
