Healthy Bran Muffins (lower Carb version)

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 5 cup (remove)Post 100% Bran Cereal, 4 cup (1 serving) (remove)*Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 3 cups(remove)Baking Soda, 3TBSP +1 1/2 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)Quaker Unprocessed Bran, 2 cups (remove)Boiling Water, 2 cupsButtermilk, lowfat, 4 cup (remove)Molasses, .5 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)Skim ilk powder, 1 1/2 cups
Directions
Combine bran and water, soak and let cool.
Mix all ingredients. Let stand in fridge overnight.
Can be kept in the fridge up to 6 weeks.
Add mashed bananas, blueberries, raisins or whatever you would like to each individual batch
Bake at 400F for 15-20 min.
