Oatmeal Raisin Almond Cookies

1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup soft margarine1 egg1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup rolled oats1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup wheat germ (or rolled oats)1/4 cup chopped almonds1/4 cup raisins1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl or food processor, beat together sugar, margarine, egg and vanilla until well blended.
Add rolled oats, flour, wheat germ (oats), pecans, raisins, and baking powder; mix just until incorporated.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until browned.
