Katy's Oven Baked Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
1 chicken cutlet sliced thin into 4 slices1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1 egg2 tbsp 2% milk1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
preheat oven to 450
place 1 tbsp olive oil in bottom of baking dish
beat egg & milk in bowl and put 4 thin slices of chicken in mixture
dredge in bread crumbs
place in dish with olive oil
bake 20 minutes total.. 10 minutes & turn over for last 10 minutes in oven
