Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 small chopped * Baby Carrots, raw, 12 large diced * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) * Olive Oil, .25 cup * Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 3 cup * Ranch Beans, pinto, 2 cup * *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 1 cup, diced * Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, pepper, italian seasoning to taste.2 T dry ranch dressing mix
Directions
Dice fresh veggies and saute in olive oil add pork, tomatoes,beans and water. Simmer 60 minutes . Makes 12 servings
