1lb breakfast turkey sausage8 servings liquid egg white4 eggs2c shredded lowfat chI've also added, frz chopped spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
Oven 350. Brown sausage. Put sausage in 10x13 baking dish. Mix egg whites and egg, beat together. Poor egg mixture over sausage, add cheese, mix together. Bake for 20 min. Cool, cut in 8 servings, store for easy breakfast each morning.
