Erikas breaded mayo fish

Ingredients
5 oz haddock.5 svg 4C whole wheat breadcrumbs1 tsp lemon juice1 T light mayofoil
Directions
makes one serving...

-lay out foil and spray with cooking spray
-place fish on foil
-spread mayo on the fish
-then add the lemon juice on top of fish
-sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the fish
wrap the foil together and bake at 350 degrees for about a half hour (depending on thickness) or until a thermometer reads 155 degrees...
