Chicken and pasta

Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil1 oz. whole wheat elbow macaroni (1/4 c. uncooked)3 oz. cooked chicken breast1 T. chopped onion1 stalk celery, diced1/4 c. frozen spinach5 baby carrots, quartered lengthwise1/4 c. diced green pepper 1 oz. 2% velveeta1/4 tsp. chicken base(boullion granules)1/4 c. skim milk2 tsp cornstarch1/4 c. water
Directions
Cook macaroni.
While the macaroni is cooking, saute the vegetables in olive oil until desired texture.
Drain the noodles. Add the cheese, milk and chicken base. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted.
Combine water and cornstarch and add to noodle mixture. Allow sauce to thicken and add to vegetables. Enjoy!
