Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour with added saffola cholesterol management2 tsp. yeast2 tsp. sugar1 1/2 c. water1/2 cup oats1 tsp. salt1 tsp. oil
Directions
Warm water slightly and add sugar. Dissolve sugar and then add yeast. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes til it dissolves and foams. Mix all dry ingredients and then add the yeast mixture. Knead dough well. Cover dough and let dough sit to rise for about 1 hour. Lightly grease loaf pan. Knead the dough for a few minutes again. Then place in loaf pan and cover. Let dough sit another 30 minutes. Then remove cover and bake on 350 F or 180 C for about 35 minutes. Makes 9 thick slices.
