Mock "Salmon" Pate

Ingredients
1 cup of raw cahsews1 red bell pepper2 celery stalks1 scallion
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You can put this pate on collard greens and then wrap them up, on salads, as is on a plate.
