Petes Yummy Garlic Ginger Fish

Ingredients
trout, or any fish you so desire ( Ive made this with telapia and salmon as well!)CelantroGingerJalapeno pepperSerrano pepperGarlicOnionLight Soy SauceBrown Sugar
Directions
Chop ginger and garlic and peppers in to pieces and blend in a food processor ( I use petes Magic bullet :) Love that thing!) Blend untill its no longer chunkey. add Celantro to mix and blend untill smooth ( only takes a few seconds) add Brown Sugar and soy sauce Blend again just a few seconds. Pour 1/2 the mixture into the bottom of a glass pan ( this makes it so that it dosnt stick to the pan and you dont even have to use any oil!), place fish on top of the mixture place onion slices on top of fish and the spread the second 1/2 of mixture on top of onions and fish. Cook in the oven on 350 for about 15-20 min (depending on the thickness of the fish) or untill the fish is done. enjoy with some jasmine rice and a salad or fresh green veggies.
