Ingredients
OatsWaterCinnamonHoneyCayenne PepperRaisinsMargarine
Directions
Mix oats and spices in a bowl, add honey and hot water - Mix. Soak raisins in a dish of boiled water for about 1 minute. Add raisins (or dates or any other dried fruit) to the oatmeal - Mix. Microwave for approximately one minute. Add & mix in (or not) margarine - enjoy.

*You can remove the margarine .. I'm just not ready yet. :)laura
