Ingredients
Add to bread machine in this order:2/3 cup water2 large eggs2 tbs vegetable oil2 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt3 to 3 1/4 cup bread flour (check consistency during first 5 min)1 1/2 tsp yeastfor glaze: beat one egg and use half to brush top of bread right before baking
Directions
**Makes approximately 20 slices; total weight: 638 g, weight per serving: 31.9 g**

Use dough cycle on bread machine. After cycle is completed, remove dough from the machine and divide into 3 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope about 14 inches long. Braid pieces on a lightly greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 45 min. Heat oven to 350. Brush top of dough with egg glaze and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired. Bake for 45 min.
