Skillet Sqash

Ingredients
2 cups butternut sqash, (sliced or cubed, your preference)1/4 cup diced onion2 Tbls salted butterTurkey bacon, 1-2 slices crumbledsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat butter in cast iron skillet
Add onion, cook for about 2 min. on med/high heat till starting to brown.
Add Squash & bacon
Cook on med/high heat for about 8 min. til brown.
HINT: Do not cover, as it will make it's own juices & not brown. enjoy :)

    I used EVOO instead of butter, omitted the bacon and used garlic powder instead of salt.
