Easy and Quick Gazpacho

Ingredients
1 Can Campbell's Condensed Tomato SoupI cup water5 TBS red wine vinegar2 TBS olive or canola oil1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 medium to large cucumber1/2 green pepper2 large tomatoes1 cup cilantro1/2 cup green onion1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Mix wet ingredients and seasonings first. Dice the veggies into pieces as small as you desire, and mix them in the soup mixture. Allow to chill for at least an hour before serving.
