ranch roasted pumpkin seeds

Ingredients
1 cup rinsed pumpkin seeds1 tbsp smart balance light with flax spread2 tsp hidden valley ranch powder
Directions
Melt spread and coat pumpkin seeds. Sprinkle on ranch powder, toss to coat. Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hrs.
Makes 4 1/4 cup servings.
