pumpkin and carrot mash

Ingredients
Half a pumpkinhalf a cup of onions10 carrotsolive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
sautee onion in oil till glassy

add carotts

leave a few minutes then cover with water

simmer

add pumpkin

add water if needed

simmer till veges are soft

blend with stick blender - add more water if needed to gain desired consistency

if you want to add ginger or paprika - very nice
