Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Knorr Spanish Rice, 2.5 cup (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 6 small (remove)*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, .5 cup
Directions
brown chopped vegies, beef together, add rice mixes w/water, cook until ala dente, hollow out seeds from peppers, fill peppers half way with mixture, put in 1 oz cheese, fill pepper to the top and then top with tomato sauce and salsa, bake until heated thru (30 minutes) at 350
