2 lbs. Ground Beef2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Cans Fat-Free Skim Milk6 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese10 Large Raw Russet Potatoes
Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender. Brown ground beef. Mix cream of mushroom with milk and blend. Layer potatoes and beef. Pour cream of mushroom soup and milk mixture over beef and potatoes. Top with shredded cheese. Bake in oven until cheese browns and casseroles bubbles in 350 degree oven.
