Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Wet ingredients:2 large eggs3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 cup vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract3 small bananas, frozen then microwaved & peeledDry ingredients:2 cups unbleached flour1.5 tsp baking powder1/2 cup Ghiradelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the wet ingredients. Add the baking powder. Mix in the flour. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Place batter into regular-sized muffin tins. This recipe should make 12 muffins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
