BBQ Fries

Ingredients
1 large potato, cut into 1/2 inch strips1 Tbl olive oil1/2 Tbl tomato paste1/2 Tbl cider vinegar1/2 Tbl chili powder1/2 tsp salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.

2. In bowl, mix everything except potatoes.

3. Add potatoes to BQQ sauce and stir until coated.

4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
