CousCous Salad

Ingredients
1 box Israeli couscous, prepared to package instructions1 T. honey1 t. balsamic vinegar1 t. red wine vinegar6 oz. perle mozzarella~25 cherry tomatoes, halved if necessary. scant 1/4 c. olive oil
Directions
Prepare couscous to box instructions. Allow to cool to room temperature. Add the oil, vinegars and honey and mix. Add the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Stir to combine. Serve room temperature or cold if you prefer (better at room temp).
Makes 4 big servings (about 1.5 each)
