Banana Bread with White Chocolate Chips

1 cup flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 large egg1 cup mashed bananas3/4 cup sugar1/4 cup melted butter1/4 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 and grease the bottom and 1/2 inch up the side of a large loaf pan. In a bowl combine the flours, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Make a well in the center.
In another bowl combine the egg, bananas, sugar, butter, and yogurt. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir just until mositened. Gently stir in the white chocolate chips.
Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
Makes 16 servings.
