Creamy mushroom and leek oatcakes

Ingredients
1 staffordshire oatcakeLeeks, 1 Mushrooms, 50 grams Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese, 30 g Garlic, 1 clove Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
Stir fry roughly chopped mushrooms and leek until soft.
Add a crushed garlic clove and season with black pepper.
Add a spoonful of cream cheese and stir it through.
Spoon the mixture onto an oatcake, wrap it up and enjoy!
