Vegan Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

1/4 cup vegan margarine1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/2 cup nutritional yeast1 tsp. mustard1/4 cup cornstarch1 tsp. flour1/2 tsp. sea salt2 cups water4 cups cooked pasta
1) Heat one cup water, spoon in dry ingredients and whisk continually until thick.
2) Take off oven and stir in margarine and mustard.
3) Whip it well and return to a low heat.
4) Add remaining water and stir until sauce has reached desired consistency.
5) Mix with finished pasta and serve hot. ENJOY!! :)
