Ingredients
1 pound Spinach, frozen,6 large fresh egg whites3 slices Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1/4 cup Onions, raw,, chopped (1/4 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), , chopped (1/8 teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce,
Directions
Microwave the spinach for 2 1/2 minutes on high. Drain the excess liquid.

Combine the egg whites, cheese, peppers, onions, and spinach in a bowl. Mix well.

spray 4 petite (vry small) corning ware dishes with Pam.

Divide evenly among the 4 dishes. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Quiche cups can be frozen and reheated in the microwave. Any combination of appropriate vegetables and reduced-fat cheeses may be used.
