butternut squash fries

Ingredients
9 1/2 oz butternut squash cut into shoestring fry1 tbsp. olive oil1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Directions
peel and cut squash into shoestring fry strips. Sprinkle with seasoning salt, mix, and place on double paper towels. Cover with more paper towels. Let sit about 5 min. to let salt pull moisture out of squash. Pat dry. Put in large baggie and toss with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with more seasoning salt if desired. Bake at 450 for 20-30 minutes.
