Easy Cheese Buns

* Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) * Granulated Sugar, .5 tsp * *Flour, white, 1.25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Butter, unsalted, 7 tbsp * Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded * Salt, .5 tbsp
Place water, salt, sugar and butter into pot and heat to boil. Reduce heat to medium and add the flour all at once, stir with WOODEN SPOON until it forms a ball. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
Place ball of dough into bowl and beat with hand mixer until cool and crumbly, about 2 minutes. Add eggs to mixture and mix with hand mixer until it looks like icing. When it forms a peak that falls, it's ready.
Mix in (with the wooden spoon) the cheese. Drop from spoon onto cookie sheet. Cook at 450 degrees for about 7 minutes, then turn down to 350 degrees for another 20 minutes. When cooked, they should be soft and hollow in the middle, and light brown on the bottom.
