zucchini quiche

Ingredients
frozen deep dish pie crust2 eggs1 c heavy cream1# zucchini, grated2/3c grated gruyere cheeses&pgrated nutmeg
Directions
sprinkle 1/2 cheese in pie crust
lightly beat eggs, mix with cream and seasonings
add drained zucchini
sprinkle rest of cheese on top
350 for around 30 minutes
