2 tsp. natural peanut butter2 T fat free vanilla yogurt2 T chocolate whey protein powder1 pkt plain inst. oatmeal nuked in water1 C skim milk6 ice cubes

blend all ingredients till smooth. enjoy. serves 2

    This is one of my favorite Abs Diet recipes. I find that if you I nuke a bunch of oatmeal at the begining of the weak and use cold oatmeal for this recipe it comes out better. - 5/27/08
