10 oz. boneless chicken breasts3 tbsp unsalted butterone cup chopped green pepper3 tbsp. white flour2 cups water1 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules1/2 cup skim milk
Melts butter in saucepan. Add green pepper. Cook until tender. Add flour and blend with butter. Add water and bouillon. Stir constantly while thickening. Add chicken and milk. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatos.
