Stove-top Apple Raisin Walnut Oatmeal (Old Fashioned)

Ingredients
1 3/4 C Water1 C Quaker Old Fashioned Oats1 Dash Salt1 Tsp Cinnamon1/2 Tsp Nutmeg1 Tsp Unpacked Brown Sugar (lite, w/ splenda)1/2 Small Apple DicedHandful of RaisinsHandful of Chopped Walnuts
Directions
In small saucepan, bring to boil water (add salt). Add oats, then stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, apples, and walnuts. Let simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, let simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.

Top off with Almond milk or Skim milk, if desired.
