D - Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1.5 lbs round steak, cut into strips2 Tbsp oil2 small onions, sliced thinly.25 C soy sauce1 clove garlic, minced1 pk sugar twin.5 tsp salt1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice2 large bell peppers, sliced (red, green, yellow).25 C water blended with 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Heat oil, brown beef. Drain and add beef to crock-pot. Top with onions.
Combine soy sauce, garlic, sugar twin & salt; pour over beef & onions. Cover and cook LOW 6 hours.
Add tomatoes & peppers; cook 1 hour.
Stir cornstarch mixture into pot and cook on HIGH 1/2 hour or until thickend.

Can be served over rice (not included in nutrition count)
