Grape and Apple Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 can of white chicken in water 3 tbsp. of Mayonnaise1 cup seedless red grapes, halved1 cup chopped red apples (I use honeycrisp)1 cup celery diced1 juice of one lemon1/2 cup scallions
Directions
1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Be sure to squeeze the lemon right after you chop the apples. Add more mayonnaise to a desired consistency.
2. Enjoy with whole crackers or bread. YUM!
