Crockpot Chicken Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients
24 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast2 cups peeled diced carrots1 bag frozen sweet peas1 pag frozen sweet corn1 bag No Yolks broad noodles3 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soupMrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning to taste
Directions
Set crockpot to low and add chicken breast, vegetables, soup and Mrs. Dash.

Then stir and add enough water to cover it all. Add more water for more of a soup or less for a more stew like consistency. (may substitute chicken broth for water to add more flavor - calories not calculated for that though)

Cook 6-8 hours on low. (Cooking time section was being annoying)

When chicken is cooked through, or at end of cooking, remove from pot and shred with two forks and add back into soup.

20 minutes or so prior to serving prepare noodles according to package directions.

Place some cooked noodles in a bowl then top with chicken soup and serve.

Serving size about 1.5 cup. Not sure the quantity of servings as we still have lots left.
